These are your credit limits.  Your goal is to make financial arrangements better than these parameters.  Under no circumstances should these limits be extended or broken.

Grade      Recommendation
A+    0 down and 6 months to pay

A     0 down and 4 months to pay

A-    20% down and 3 months to pay

B+    30% down and 2 months to pay (basically 1/3, 1/3, 1/3)

B    50% down and balance in 30 days

B-     Payment in full well in advance of actual case start date.

C    Payment in full prior to time of treatment
