These are your credit limits. Your goal is to make financial arrangements better than these parameters. Under no circumstances should these limits be extended or broken.

Grade             Recommedation

A+        0 down and 6-9 months to pay (try to limit to 6)

A           0 down and 4 months to pay

A-          20% down and 3 months to pay

B+          30% down and 2 months to pay (basically 1/3, 1/3, 1/3)

B              40% down, 1/2 balance @ seat and 1/2 in 30 days (on cases that are not crowns, 2 payments)

B-             Payment in full in advance of actual prep/treatment date. Hygiene appointments paid at time of service.

C                Payment in full, in advance of treatment date on all non-hygiene treatment. Hygiene appointments paid at time of service.
