Click on the link below to download the documents necessary to register for ZACC.  The first page of this document contains all the necessary instructions to help you complete the setup process.

Membership Documents  (Word Document)

After paying the implementation fee and faxing in your completed membership documents, you will receive a phone call from Complytraq who will schedule time to come by and verify that you are who you say you are (required by the Credit Bureau). Once your inspection is complete, we will setup your account and contact you to provide your user name, password and setup a time to conduct your training.
