How do you bill for ZACC?

ZACC is billed once per month. Charges for ZACC are debited from your checking account along with any other charges for services you may obtain from OrthoBanc.

How can I verify that I was billed correctly?

Practice Administrators can log in and click on "Usage Report" and run a report of the time period in question. The report will include "total inquiries" (the number we use to bill you) and "total patients." Customers who use TransUnion Direct will have their TU Direct inquiries added to the ZACC inquiries to determine the final billing amount.

How much will I be billed each month?

You are billed for the total grades requested (not obtained). Each request is $5.50.

Why is the total inquiry number different than the total patients?

These numbers will be different because some billing parties are graded more than once and some billing parties are 'saved' and not yet graded.

Why would you save if you were not ready to grade?

Some practices choose to input all of the patient information before the patient arrives at the practice or after they arrive, but before they are certain they will present payment options. They "save" that patient information and when they are certain that they will provide payment options they run a ZACC grade. This saves time for the TC while they are with the patient.
