  6. I just signed up today so I don't have a user name yet. I read Paul's book several years ago but never implemented the program. My question is, now with the ZACC system, if I have a delinquency, how would I report it to the credit bureau?

    When will I get Trained?

    Once the implementation fee is received, we will start the process of setting up your account. It can take up to two weeks before training is scheduled because we must wait for the On-Site inspection to be completed. An On-Site inspection is required by the credit bureaus in order to setup your account.

    When will I get my username and password?

    Due to the required on-site inspection, and the application review conducted by the credit bureau, it typically takes up to two weeks to implement your account once we receive your signed application and contracts. You can reduce the time required by responding quickly to the call you will receive from the ComplyTraq inspector and by making sure you get your bank verification for completed and sent from your banker quickly.

    We will set the practice administrator's username as the e-mail address included in the application form and the initial password will be the first initial and last name of the practice contact person (all lower case). Once you sign in for the first time, we encourage you to change your password.

    Do I need an Onsite Inspection if I’m already a TransUnion Customer?

    Yes. Because the laws governing the requirements for access to credit information have changed, we have been instructed to require every new client to pass through an on-site interview. The on-site interview is conducted by a third party professional and takes less than 30 minutes.

    The forms are also avaiable under the “Product” tab under “Downloads” at www.getzacc.com. If you are not able to download the forms from the website, send an e-mail to: marketing@orthobanc.com and ask to have the forms e-mailed to you.
