Can I purchase full credit reports?
Some practices have invested thousands of dollars to train staff to read full credit reports and would like to use both ZACC and the Full Credit Report. Acceptx currently offers full credit reports from TransUnion via their online “TU Direct” internet service.

How do I set-up a new user?
The practice administrator can log-in to ZACC (http://www.myzacc.com) and follow these instructions:
1. Scroll of Practice (at the top of the page)
2. Click on "Practice Users" which will appear in the menu as you scroll over the word Practice
3. Click on the orange "New User" button
4. Fill in the form and make sure you select "Practice User" from the pull-down menu on the bottom right side of the form.
5. Save the new user. -
How do I delete a user?
The practice administrator can log-in to ZACC (http://www.myzacc.com) and follow these instructions:
1. Scroll of Practice (at the top of the page)
2. Click on "Practice Users" which will appear in the menu as you scroll over the word Practice
3. Click on the e-mail address next to the name of the individual you would like to delete.
4. Click on the orange "Delete" button at the bottom left side of the screen. -
How many users can our practice have?
As many as you'd like. There is no charge for additional users.

Do you charge for new users?
No. We encourage practices to add an account for each person who may use ZACC in your practice.

Is ZACC Integrated with my Practice Management Software?
We are in discussions with most practice management systems and have made it very simple for them to integrate ZACC into their system. The list of current providers is below. If your practice management software provider is NOT listed below please e-mail or call them an encourage them to respond to our invitation to make ZACC available to you and their other clients. Most of our users access ZACC online via a simple log-in on the internet.

What information do I need to collect to use ZACC?
The following information should be collected on the new patient history form (for an example of a form you could use download the example form on our website under “Product” and then “Downloads”):
Full Name
Social Security Number (desired but NOT required)
Birth Date
Address
Years at Current Address (if less than 3 years at current address collect previous address)
Rent/Own home
Years at Current Employer
Occupation (Professional/Executive, Sales/Administrative, Trade/Technical, Military Officer, Military Enlisted)
Source of Income (Employed, Unemployment Compensation, Retired, None) -

How do I change my password?
Once you have logged into ZACC (www.myzacc.com) click on the orange tab on the top right side of the page titled "Options" and ZACC will take you to a page to review your contact information. Click on the orange "Change Password" button on the bottom right side of the screen and complete the form that appears.

I lost my password, what do I do?
Password Administrators should e-mail send an e-mail to zacc@acceptx.com.
Other office users should contact their practice administrator who can look up your password or reset your password.

What is my username?
A username must be an e-mail address (thought it does not have to be a valid or working e-mail address -- it just must be in the form of x@x.com). Your username is most likely your e-mail address.

Can I print or download the Zuelke Financing Recommendations?
Yes. You can find a listing under "Product" and then "Recommendations" and then select the expertise (ie orthodontics, general dentists, etc.). We've also include a Word document of the financing recommendations for orthodontists under "Product" and then "Downloads."

Can you further define the "Occupations" listed in the pull-down menu option in ZACC?
Professional/Executive - This includes persons who are working in fields that typically require university level degrees, often (but not always) advanced degrees. They include physicians (including chiropractors, osteopaths, etc), dentists, nurses, attorneys, architects, executives of major employers, school teachers, accountants (CPA's), Policemen and Firemen, etc.
Military - Be certain to always obtain the Pay Grade of your military patients/parents. Rank, ie Specialist, Warrant Officer, Petty Officer, can be confusing and gives you little information regarding stability in the military. Pay grades for enlisted range from E-1 to E-9. Pay Grades for officers range from O-1 to O-10.
Sales/Administrative - These are positions that generally do not require university level training. These positions are often more transient as well. They include all business office staff persons, in any profession or business, all persons whose responsibility is "sales" such as realtors, automobile sales persons, retail clerks,
Trade/Technical - This includes the trade professions which require lengthy, formal, training and often an apprenticeship, such as: electrician, plumber, ironworker, carpenter, dental hygienist. etc.
Service - This includes maids, waiters, janitors, nurse's aid, gas station attendants, yard maintenance workers, etc.
