   How do I purchase ZACC?

   Just click on the “Buy It” tab on the front page of http://www.getzacc.com and follow the on-screen instructions. You will receive an e-mail receipt for your purchase.

   How Much Does ZACC Cost?

   ZACC is simple to use and simple to pay for. There are NO annual fees, no monthly minimums. ZACC pricing includes two simple fees:
   One Time Implementation: $149 — (pays for on-site inspection, software set-up, and training - additional locations extra)
   Each grade is $5.50 per patient/responsible party.

   The forms are also avaiable under the “Product” tab under “Downloads” at www.getzacc.com. If you are not able to download the forms from the website, send an e-mail to: marketing@orthobanc.com and ask to have the forms e-mailed to you.

   Won’t this reduce my case acceptance?

   Thousands of healthcare practitioners have been obtaining credit reports and grading their patients credit worthiness over the past 30+ years. The result is always better case acceptance. A practice properly utilizing a credit grading process could not possibly have a reduction in the rate of case acceptance.

   Do you have to install ZACC on my office computers?

   No. ZACC is an internet software service which means there is no software installed on your office computers. This makes the software simple to use and to update (all upgrades are included FREE of charge).

   Will ZACC Show Up on the Credit Report or Impact Patient’s Credit Score?

   No.

   ZACC is set-up to pull a ’soft inquiry’ which will not affect a credit score and which in invisible to creditors.

   ZACC can only be seen when a the individual requests their own credit report — on that report it will show up as an inquiry from ACCEPTX/DRSNAME (only the first 8-10 characters of your practice will show up on the report).

   If we have more than one practice location do we need to pay more than one implementation fee?

   An implementation fee is required for each billing location. So, if you have multiple locations, but all of the grades will be build to the same account, only one implementation fee is required. If you want each location to have its own billing account, you must purchase an implementation for each location.
